Philippe Delfs
Marketing & Design Lead at Vectrix
About
Marketing & Design Lead at an AI startup in transport and logistics. Building a few early stage startups on the side because sitting still isn't really my thing.
My background is in interior design and furniture making. Still am, honestly. I have a maker lab at home, a garage full of woodworking tools and 3D printers, and I'm halfway through renovating my second house. The thread that connects it all is an obsession with how things are made and how people experience them. That just grew from physical objects into digital products.
I work with founders on positioning, messaging, go-to-market, and making products feel right. More builder than strategist. I like turning messy ideas into something structured that people can actually use.
Father of two. Own my BV in Belgium. Always building something. Happy to grab a coffee or jump on a call.
