Most systems work fine until reality stops fitting the categories they were built on.
That moment, when a process still runs but the outcomes no longer make sense, is where my work starts.
I analyze where standardized systems lose their function: digital products that generate growing exception lists, selection processes
that filter out the people they were meant to find, decision models that optimize for a reality that has moved on.
Then I design and build technology that brings context back in, without giving up scalability or practicality.
My background combines psychology, software engineering, and inclusive design. That combination matters because the gap between
"technically correct" and "actually working" is almost always a human one : a context the system was never taught to see.
Concrete areas I work in:
— Accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG, assistive technology, neurodiversity)
— AI ethics and algorithmic decision-making
— Digital products where edge cases have become the majority
