Yes, and it's free - but the expert has to approve the new time first. To request a reschedule, propose three different time slots and the expert picks the one that works for them. You'll find the reschedule button on your booking in the Bookings page.

Yes. Before the expert accepts, or more than 48 hours before the call, you get a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the call, the expert keeps the payment. If the expert cancels, you always get a full refund.
