Jochen Callens

Entrepreneur and growth strategist with a strong focus on scaling SaaS platforms. I build and guide digital products from concept to market leadership, combining strategic vision, product development, and commercial execution. I have a proven track record of growing tech ventures to successful exits: Inforluxe - a digital platform for luxury businesses, successfully acquired by Bloovi. Jobtoolz - an HR-tech SaaS platform for recruitment, scaled internationally to 32 countries and later acquired by Strada Partners. Hejj.io - my current focus: a next-generation communication and engagement platform helping companies connect with their people in more human ways. My strengths lie in bridging strategy and execution, from defining product-market fit and building high-performing teams to go-to-market strategy and international scaling. I thrive at the intersection of innovation, technology, and business, with a sharp eye for efficiency, brand positioning, and sustainable growth.
