Jules Gahide

I build places where cities come alive. At the intersection of hospitality, music, food and culture. And i like good old proper fun. For the past years, I have been founding and growing concepts rooted in urban energy and human connection. From petit grand café Kanon and restaurant club Amigo to cultural initiatives like Springstof and city-driven festivals, my work always starts from the same belief: great cities are shaped bottom-up, by the people who live, work and play in them. I have been a core member of Wintercircus in Ghent for five years (dec 2020), helping develop it into a human-centric ecosystem where hospitality, work, culture and technology meet under one roof. I am driven by good hospitality, strong concepts and the rhythm of cities. How they move, collide, slow down and reinvent themselves. In 2026, I will open a new gelato-driven hospitality concept, continuing my focus on places that feel generous, alive and grounded in their surroundings.
