Hi, I'm Thomas. I started out as a programmer, ended up in boardrooms, and now spend most of my time helping companies and teams move faster with technology. Over the years I’ve worked as CTO, CXO and now CEO, which basically means I understand both the technical side and the human side of building things. I like figuring out how people actually work, where processes get stuck, and how technology (including AI) can make things run smoother. I often help founders and teams with: - Turning an idea into a real product - Finding market–fit and shaping a go-to-market strategy - Improving workflows and digital processes inside companies - Building tech teams and choosing the right stack - Designing user experiences that feel natural instead of forced If you’re in a phase where you’re growing, stuck, or trying to decide what to build next, that’s usually where I can bring value. I tend to work hands-on, ask a lot of questions, and translate complexity into something the whole team can understand.
