Ynias Bensch

Solution Architect who designs and builds practical solutions for real business problems. Work starts with understanding how a business process actually works, identifying where things break or slow down, and turning that into a clear solution design. From there the focus is on building and implementing the solution, not just drawing architecture diagrams. Most work happens in the Microsoft ecosystem, especially the Power Platform. This includes designing and building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Copilot solutions, and solid Dataverse data models. Projects often involve integrating systems, structuring data properly, and making sure solutions remain maintainable and scalable. Strong focus on translating business requirements into working applications, fixing complex functional or technical issues, and improving existing Power Platform solutions that have grown messy over time. Hands-on in both design and implementation.
